Moet Chandon White Star Story

Week January 17 to 23

Last week of loading, I have not skied since I wanted, but that's okay.
The form is good, I feel good and strong. Sunday will face my first Marcialonga with no expectation of result, but with the desire to ski as fast as I can savor every moment, including pre-and post-race. The trip provides a fine program with the arrival in Moena already Friday night. Saturday there will be plenty of time to test the skis, doing all the tests that need to be skiing in order and get a feel for the track. Return on Monday morning. Fatigue after the journey would be an extra effort that (as you can) is best avoided.
races this week were 3, on winding roads with two major climbs, one on the track to lubricate the engine with an outgassing of 5000m.
Well, now to be honest, I'm back Curotti in the lunch break. The 20 'and 40 "about 5 miles I had left entirely convinced, and I wanted to try again. Better than something, and close in 20' 16", still, damn it, above the 4 Km but do not despair. On the distance now I'm close to running under 20 'and a good warm-up and most motivated I can get there soon. If the tale of 2 "earned per km for each kilogram of excess weight is true, trying to stay on in the summer of 80 kg could run on very different rhythms. But there is no evidence against the now stable weight 86 kg and hypothetical race rhythm remains hypothetical, the real is what matters.
